Heard this place from filipino friends and always wanted to try it, i wish i haven’t . I would say its even worse than KFC, i really don’t understand whats the hype about it. Chicken was cold, tasteless. There is no napkin or dispenser around at all.

Food here was surprisingly good! Ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good. Very crispy breast and the hot sauce adds the right amount of flame to it. Fries and the coconut pineapple pie was also very good. Would like to come back to try more food here!

Third time trying jollibee’s ( first at this location ) Decided to go inside No one in line ( probably because they are so fast ) got a 6 piece spicy chicken bucket and 2 burger steaks with steamed rice 🍚 The chicken was really good ( but did have a lot of extra breading on it ) the burger steaks were good as well. Went very good with my rice and gravy. Also got a pineapple juice ( bomb 💣 ) Restaurant was super clean and the service was fast my food was out in like 3 minutes. 👍👍

This Jollibee is such a beautiful fast food store. The food is not that good. The chicken tasted 6/10. The customer service was good for a drive thru.

It was a good thing I got fries instead of rice because they gave a lot more fries than you would rice (one scoop). For some reason, they gave an entire bowl of gravy even though there was already gravy in the mashed potatoes. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it, so I put fries in it, which tasted pretty good. The outside looks pretty cool, like a red black theme Minecraft modern house kinda design. For some reason the bathrooms are gendered even though they are basically gender neutral bathrooms (no stalls; they're like closed off rooms), which doesn't seem very efficient.

Warning to Muslim people this place sells pork in there food and the people work there don't tell you this is pork, we bought palabok we asked the person in the front is this pork,? he said no it's beef but it was pork. Never go there again.

I had high expectations for this fast food chain. But unfortunately it miserably failed. First of all the food is bland. There is no flavor. It's not comparable to Chick Fila or Popeyes chicken. I ordered a spicy sandwich but it wasn't spicy at all. No French fries comes with the sampler meal. Overall, a big disappointment. Not recommended!

Ordered online, which said just come pick up, no need for a number. Got to the counter while they were packing my food and they wouldn't give it without my confirmation number. I didn't have a number. They just let the food die in the pass as they couldn't confirm it was my order even though I gave the exact order and name on order. They ended up refunding me and I got dinner elsewhere. If I see the cashier again, I'm going to make sure you guys know she is a terrible employee and cost you money for being controlling over fast food.
